On Monday, Incessant Rain Triggered a Landslide at Chandigarh- Manali Highway Which blocked the Highway in Himachal Pradesh. Hundreds of Tourists Stranded, Several Vehicles Stucked.

Route Diverted to Mandi-Kullu Road
The Traffic on the Highway has been Diverted via Mandi- Kullu Road Temporarily, But Diversion also Caused a Heavy Traffic Congestion as Vehicles Were Stranded on Both Side of the Spot. Also The NHAI Said, They are Continuously Working to Clear the Boulders that fell on Road as soon as Possible and Assured it will be Restored by Evening.
The Southwest Monsoon reached Himachal Pradesh on June 24, which Leads to Heavy Downpour in the Several Districts of the State Since Last 2 Days. The Rains Also Flooded Several Areas and Several Natives were also Evacuated.
Authorities Alert The Natives
The Authorities in Himachal Pradesh have Alerted People to not to go Outside if, There is Nothing Necessaries. Also Advised People to Avoid Flooded Areas as Rain in Himachal Pradesh is Expected to Continue for Next Few Days.
